Facilities for Hire

The Ellesmere A&P Association can offer the perfect location, spacious grounds, good facilities and professional staff to meet your event requirements. Both the main building and the grounds are available for hire for private functions.

The hiring of the Showground helps to sustain the continuous maintenance and operation of the grounds throughout the year, but the major income is derived from the annual A & P Show. All enquiries are welcome, and each enquiry is assessed on its own requirements and is tailored to suit.


Building Hire

Hireage includes use of pavilion, kitchen and toilets.

Furniture available: tables and chairs.

Equipment available: two fridges, modern oven, laser boiling unit, cutlery, crockery, etc.


Showgrounds Hire

Because of the wide variation in requirements, the price to hire the Showgrounds is available on application. info@ellesmereshow.co.nz
